Our classes are for moms in every stage of the journey: pregnant, newly postpartum, or chasing a preschooler. Babies and toddlers are always welcome, and it’s totally fine to bring two little ones, whether that’s twins, an infant and a toddler, or any combo. If you’re six weeks postpartum and cleared by your provider, we’ll start slow with gentle movement- sometimes just getting out of the house is the biggest win.

Classes typically run in 5-8 week series so you build strength and friendships with the same group of moms each week. Life with little ones isn’t always predictable, so we also offer flexible class packs to keep things doable. Everyone enrolled gets first dibs on the next series before registration opens to the public.

Our class series take place at parks and studios in Northeast Seattle, Mill Creek, Snohomish, Arlington/Marysville, Downtown Snohomish. Tell us where you’d like to take our classes- email [email protected] to request your area.

We offer Postpartum Fitness classes and 5K & 10K training programs (in-person and virtual). In the summer and fall we’re outdoors, and in the winter we move indoors with studio-based classes. Our coaches provide modifications and amplifications so you can move at your level.

Yes! We host free community events for new moms, including stroller walks, coffee meetups, and our private playgroup meetup chat. These are a great way to connect with other moms, make friends, and get movement in on days when you are not in class. Click here to request to join the chat.

All levels are welcome. Classes are postpartum-friendly with modifications and amplifications for anyone who needs them.

Bring a yoga mat, water, comfortable workout clothes, and your stroller if you have one. Snacks and toys for toddlers are always a good idea too.

Not at all. Classes are designed for moms at every level, from newly cleared postpartum to experienced athletes. Coaches help you progress safely at your own pace.
