When Jess moved to Seattle as a first-time mom, she found herself navigating the highs and lows of postpartum life.
She quickly realized that motherhood isn’t meant to be a solo journey and that finding your village through fitness can be truly life-changing—a game-changing hack for thriving in postpartum. But she also knew how difficult it could be to fit in exercise with a baby in tow.
That’s how Bring The Baby Fitness was born. Now, it is a thriving community where moms come for exercise and leave with so much more: friendships, strength, and a village that makes motherhood feel a little lighter. Behind the scenes, you’ll find Jess focused on team building and running the business side of things, ensuring this space continues to grow and support moms.
